This policy explains what personal data PT Velme Inovasi Nusantara ("Velmé", "we") collects on this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

- ONGrip Club account: your name, email address, WhatsApp number and a password. We store the password only in encrypted (hashed) form.
- Address (optional): country, province, city, district, village, postal code and street address, only if you add them to your profile. We use them to send rewards.
- Points claims: the marketplace and order number you enter, and the status and points of each claim.
- Wholesale inquiries: your name, business name, city, contact details and message.
- Technical data: your IP address, used only to block spam and repeated sign-in attempts.
Why we use it
- To run your ONGrip Club account: check your marketplace orders, add points and show your history.
- To contact you on WhatsApp or email about your points, rewards and inquiries.
- To keep the website secure.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties, except the hosting provider that stores this website and its database.
Cookies
We use one cookie that keeps you signed in to your account. It is required for the account to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account at any time, and we will delete your personal data unless we must keep it by law.
