Where do I find my marketplace order number?
Open the order in your Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia or Blibli app and copy the order number (No. Pesanan). Paste it exactly as shown.
When are my points added?
We check marketplace claims and add the points within 2 working days, once the order is marked completed. Website orders are added automatically once paid.
Which orders do not earn points?
Cancelled, failed-delivery and returned orders, wholesale or reseller orders, and an order number that has already been claimed.
Do I drop a tier when I use my points?
No. Your tier counts the points you earned in the last 12 months, not your balance, so redeeming never lowers it.
How do I keep my tier?
Tiers are reviewed on a rolling 12-month basis. Keep collecting points from your orders to stay in your tier.
