Terms of sale

These terms apply to orders placed on this website with PT Velme Inovasi Nusantara ("Velmé", "we"). Orders on Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia and Blibli follow the rules of those marketplaces.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah and are shown before you pay. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the courier you choose.
  • Payment is processed by Xendit (PT Xendit Teknologi Indonesia). We do not see or store your card or e-wallet details.
  • An unpaid order is cancelled automatically after 24 hours.
  • Vouchers can be used once per order, only on this website, and follow the rules shown with each voucher (minimum order, end date, limit per buyer). A voucher has no cash value and is not refunded if the order is cancelled.

Shipping

  • We pack and hand over paid orders to the courier within 1–2 working days.
  • Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates from the courier.
  • Please make sure your address and WhatsApp number are correct. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by an incomplete address.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

  • Contact us within 2 × 24 hours after the package arrives, on WhatsApp +62 856-7889-544 or at velme@velmeactive.com, with your order number and an unboxing video or photos.
  • If the problem is confirmed, we send a replacement or refund the item price to your original payment method.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened products can only be returned if they are defective.

Cancellations and refunds

  • You can cancel a paid order before it is handed to the courier. Contact us on WhatsApp.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment method and bank.

Product use

ONGrip is for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and irritated skin, stop using it if irritation occurs, keep it out of reach of children and store it away from heat and flames.

ONGrip Club points

Paid website orders add points to your ONGrip Club account. Points have no cash value and the reward rules may change.
